Chribba is a douche bag. He hangs around 'starter' systems and runs his suk. The only time I've seen him on the move was in Fountain, and he was in a capsule. |

I believe that what the masses are trying to say is that a person that goes by the name of Chribba, who is a very well respected contributor to this game, as well as developing several extra out-of-game tools, has inadverntly crashed the server that tracks API codes for eve pilots with his tweaking of a program called EveMon.
Or I could be way off. |
