I will run the entry for the lottery for 7 days from this point and draw the numbers using a VB random number generator. The entry is 1 Million per ticket with a maximum of 10 tickets per person. The Prizes are as follows.
1) Tier 1 or 2 Battleship of choice (Obviously non Faction)
2) Battle Cruiser of choice
3) Cruiser of choice
The Lottery will be drawn on Saturday 11th and the results published at the latest Sunday. The minerals are already in storage for all the prizes, therefore it will just be a case of me purchasing the BPC and building if its a BPO I don't have. Please alloy 1 day for this, pickup will be escrowed in Empire.
The prizes are guaranteed providing the total entry meets 70% of the Market value of the prizes. In the rare situation they do not all money will be refunded.
Please transfer the money to the Character Arbitos and send an EVE mail to confirm and you will be returned your ticket number, which will not be starting at 1 so people cannot abuse the 70% value guarantee if the sales are slow.
I am CEO of a long standing Corp and founder of a Empire Alliance that sticks up for miners etc and generally makes 0.1 > 0.4 easier to live in in.
I'm sure there are plenty of people in the Essence region that will champion my honesty and word. Please feel free to post if you know me and give me a free bump :-)

I am going to Extend this to Sat 11th as I'm away on business till this Saturday and there have been only a handful of tickets bought.
If things don't get busier next week I will simply refund all the money and make a note of the people who will get a free additional ticket in each subseqent Lottery they enter until we hit 70% of market value of prizes and they are won.

Looks like its hotting up a bit, so we may make the 70% total.
Remember if you we don't make the 70% you have the choice of your money back or your tickets + an extra free ticket for every ticket you bought put in for the next lottery until we hit enough people.
So its in everyones interest to register in this one.
Thanks to all the tickets bought so far Ticket numbers have now been EVE-mailed out.

Due to the lack of interest, I will be refunding all money tonight.
If enough people vouch for the fact they got their money back on the forum and its not a scam I will do another one and all people that have been in this lottery will be able to get a free ticket for every ticket they bought in the in this one.
Rest assured all money will be in your accounts tonight.
