Hey Mr forum moderator there are plenty of other threads here offering multiple solutions to organise business... can you strech your brain far enough to see the potential for a dual offer ? and could you be so kind as to unlock that post of mine long enough for me to actually edit it and copy and paste it in the right section ?
Thank you so kindly... killing smart well written posts of players actively trying to organise POS business in game might not be the smartest idea to promote 0.0 activity... just a thought... 
by the way according to your own rules (which I apologetically admit I read after posting the previous post) you say you will move sell orders...
well there are a number of posts here that do just like mine ... (and I have personally used this forum before to enter in negotiations with other POS owners)
The WTS and WTT forums are swamped by orders for modules and other non POS related stuff... posting there guarantees no visibility at ALL !!!... I posted here as it seemed logic to address my offer to other POS owners... if you stretch your thinking a little bit you may conceive this is not just a WTS or WTT order but an offer of long term contractual relationship !!!

It specifically says in the stickies that this forum is ***NOT FOR POS MINERAL TRADING***.
The WTS and WTB forums work perfectly for this, and I use them all the time.
You can also use the "POS Funtime" channel in-game.

Insulting the mods isn't exactly a smart move either.
Your past posts show you do have some intelligence. Too bad you waste it by usually talking down to people and generally coming off as a *****. 
I do agree with you that the WTS forums are inundated with so many non-POS posts that it feels like POS-related ones get overlooked.

Placing a sell order here by mistake will usually get moved, but you placed one here purposely for exposure, hence its now locked.
Here is the decription for this forum:

I do not see why other forum users have to view your sell/buy orders when they come here to read this forum for what it's supposed to contain.
Whilst we're 'brain-streching', I also suggest you read the forum rules so you understand discussing moderation is against the rules and a warnable offence.
