The devs are caldari lovers? That explains why most of their ships are garbage and the ones that aren't get nerfed every now and then.

Hmmm, so people are seeing some sort of hidden message from CCP in their gifts?

Would have been nice to get the mini monolith and the stars.... Oh well.
Anyway, I don't see any hidden message other than to go out and pelt some players with snowballs since they'll expire on 2013.02.01

To reply to the topic,
I appreciate the gifts, I have collectables from my time in EvE and these are just as valuable to me as my Zephyr or Apotheosis or anything else.
I watched local today and saw some folks complaining about the gifts they got and it crossed my mind that we should not be concerned with "what" we got, but rather be happy that we have a group of DEVs who think enough of us to give us a gift/multiple gifts during the season.
but then i got sad thinking of all the other people in other MMORPGs who are doing without gifts and that made me appreciate EvE even more.

Ok, there was that 'one' snarky forum post.
Then there was that 'one' time I stole from someone's can, but I gave it all back. Just because I sold it back to them, doesn't make me a bad person.
I did wardec that 'one' corp, but they double dog dared me. And you simply can not ignore a double dog dare. 'Fun' was had on both sides. Honest, I'm totally legit in saying that.
I do not take sides in other people's war, but trade munitions to both sides. That's 'fair', isn't it?
Ok, maybe a 'few' things I've done were 'questionable', but I'm a good, up standing, freedom loving, flag waving Gallente with a heart of gold. I wouldn't lie to you CCP, I promise and cross my heart.

Watched both 2001 and 2010 with my 11 year old daughter.
While she didn't quite understand everything in the first movie, she definitely agreed it was far better then 2010. She felt the travel sequence when Dave entered the Monolith was freaky, but very cool.
2001 ranks up there as one of the best Sci-Fi movies of all time. Though I'm still undecided if I like the movie or the book better.
