In the begining of the year i sold this char, at the time it had 5.5M Skill points, a set of +3 implants, all advanced learning skills at LV5, no corp history and high Per (27) and Will (25).
I thought i was the perfect base for building a PVP char and i sold it for 850M on an auction.
A few days ago i reminded to see what has been done to him and to my BIG surprise i found that the char was erased (not even canceled account just plain sent to oblivion).
Now i do not understand what happened. I recovered the name because i think is good char name.
The thing i do not understand is how in earth is someone capable of "killing" on such perfect base char to start playing and trow away 850M.
I can understand that people buy Estamel mods for billion but at least they can use them even if they take the risk of losing them (for some money is no object).
I'm looking for answers. Does anyone come up with a plausible explanation to this?
Any ideas are welcome.

No idea,
It's a crying shame though. They would have flown out of the starting blocks with those attributes.

If the guy had 850M to buy that char he was already way past the starting blocks.

Now just a question, did GM's forge you to do it or did you made the request?
I'm asking this because i want to keep the name, and i don't want to go against game rules.
BTW "Holy Smoke" is a song theme by Iron Maiden, thats why i chose it, not because of religious stuff.

Ok tks, for 4 months while i was training him no one bothered me so i think i'm not breaking any rules.
Anyhow when i get home i will petition just to be sure i'm not breaking the rules.

did you auction him in game (without real world money trading hands) in which case you donated the character to someone
On the other hand if you ahem did certain other naughty things then perhaps he was erased on purpose ?

perhaps it have been used to do a very bad trick (uber scamm or treachery) then deleted coz 'burned' if you have taken back the name, beware (btw you would be able to prove it is not you and you are a brand new 'holy smoke')
or perhaps.....
