there is 3 cosmos agents on the friggy gate in otitoh, that hand out faction ship bpc's once you reach the relevant standings.
a while ago i could speak to these agents although the character i was using didnt have high enough standings for the 2 run cnr bpc.
now my char has just passed 9.9 to caldari state i went to chat again but none of them will talk to me :(
is this something ccp have changed or have broken?

It's 9.9 without skills unfortunately for those agents. Aka bloody hard! If your standings are 9.9 unadjusted then there is a problem but if its 9.9 with skills then you're in for a grind.
FYI if you've not done them then do a Google search for data center agents as they provide 1 time only faction standing gain missions. Basically its handing in allot of tags. |

i know its 9.9 to get the 2 run cnr bpc but you also can get a hookbill and something else for less standings , however when i go to chat with either of the 3 agents they all say that they have no work for me .
i could chat with them last time i went which was probably over a yr ago but not now. hence me asking whether it has been changed or broken. |

they are one-time only missions
so if you already did them you won't get them again. maybe if you only declined them then (or let them expire) and get a nice GM on this.
as for the CNR bpc, you need to get 9.9 before skills.
also relog if you just did the storyline mission that raised it above 9.9 |

ok i petitioned it and was told some cosomos agents are bugged,
so im going with the "broken" option
does ccp have a time scale for un-doing this bug ? |

First of all it's 9.9 after skills.
Secondly, to the best of my knowledge these agents are not bugged. "Some COSMOS agents are bugged" seems to be a standard copy-paste reply to take work off the GMs hands.
If you've just reached 9.9 with the State do as Gassner suggested and relog, or run one more storyline - you may be a victim of rounding according to EvE where your 9.9 is actually 9.8999999.

ok
i visited these 3 agents a while ago and i could chat to all 3 at that time i had enough standings to collect the 2 lesser bpc's but not the cnr bpc as that required 9.9 .
so i just left it until i had 9.9
now how ever i cant even talk to any of them
the gm said it was cosmos agents are bugged
me getting 9.9 earlier shouldnt stop me from talking to the 2 agents that require less than that
if someone else can talk to them or not or even someone from ccp could confirm that these 3 agents are in fact bugged it would be very much appreciated |

If you've already completed missions for the other 2 Agents, they won't have any jobs available for you.
As for the 3rd Agent, if you have the required standings and have already done a re-log then ask the GM to reset the agent mission, if possible. |
