You might want to add the full skilltree, such as Navigation, Missile Launcher op and Spaceship command skills. Those thend to be vital.

Oh also forgot to add above, the Gallente Cruiser, has about 21ish days left on training. Its about 20% completed currently.
And if you'd like it set for training, or any other skill for training just prior to moving the character to your account, this gives the ability to dual train your character until one of the skills runs out on your account if your training a skill at the time of the switch.
