You're probably best off just getting insurance and ditching, than wasting time trying to sell.

You are better off reducing the price or you'll have to SD the caps and quit the hole, at the end of the day.

Simple fact: There are things called wandering holes, and there are also other holes that have C4 statics that open into you. Simple fact: A C1 static suck balls since you make barely any isk in them, while C2/3 sites are practically as easy to run while giving several times better payout. Take the 2b and run. If that offer goes away, you're going to be stuck with what you get from insurance after you self destruct the caps.

He has a WH selling biz and knows the value of a wh and how much people pay for them, take his advice because he knows what he is talking about

We have not had any that have had highsec holes so your comment is still invalid as is shut up cuz u dont live in the hole or know what spawns in the hole. we do get roaming holes once and a while which u can farm as for the class 1 static. its nice for ease of moving stuff in and out the money in it isnt bad, but not great either
