Hi all,
yesterday i placed a PLEX sell order in amarr. something i didn't do was put it a 30-90 days. now, my order has run out and my plex has disappeared. shouldnt the item go back to the item hangar?
can someone please help me and say what's going on?

When sell orders expire, the items are returned after next downtime. So just wait a couple more hours or so.

You can try this indeed, if the problem persists after the next downtime I'd say open a petition for it.

I feel I should further clarify that this is expected behaviour. It is not a glitch in the system or anything like that. This is how it always works.

thank for the info, and yes the order did expire yesterday after downtime so i think the item will be given after today's downtime. anyways thanks a lot! |

If it doesn't, file a petition. It happened to me once that a random item disappeared under exact same circumstances and it turned out to be because of a bug.

Yes i had 32 items expire and none of them came back after downtime. Keep in mind that i normally have a crap ton of items up for sell everyday for the last several years and this happened only once. I created a petition and got my stuff back the following day. |
