I was just offered a Skill Book from a agent that I cannot find in the market or in the Eve DB. It is called Labor Connections. Agent wants 10 million isk and 1500 LP for it.
What is it?

Labour Connections increase loyalty point rewards for mission runners doing work for the following divisions :-
Manufacturing
Production
Personnel
Mining
Astrosurveying
R&D (Lp's only NOT Rp's)
Because there's no improvement for most mission runners (security / internal security) there may be less demand for this skillbook, which would reduce it's value. Conversely supply of Labour Connections is probably rarer than the usual Military or Political connections which would raise it's price
In short I reckon it's got to be worth taking but have no idea of what the going rate is. I know that I'd be intersted

Hm, didn't know that you get LP's for R&D.
Or is it just 0+5% = 0 ?

No Lp's for R&D yet but Zrakor said that there were plans to morph the existing R&D agent system into the Lp system. I only added the comment to emphasise R&D Rp's are not affected by the new skills even though 2 list them (think the other is Hi-Tech Connections).
Still, if/when they do morph Rp's into Lp's...

I'm sure that you can get well over your money's worth for this book. I'd buy it myself if I could afford it. Unfortunately, I don't have lots of isk hanging around.

I looked at the info about "Trade connections" and it didnt say anything about bonus. Its a bit strange because "Labor connections" got a social mutator of 5 and a social bonus of 10.

they sell for around 150-250 mil on escrow tho
