I am seeking the C1 WH. I am following "Deep Space Probe Guide" and have scanned the whole Forge region.
My scanning processes are: At first, I use the DSP to probe, then filter those signal I don't need(follow the DSP guide) and only probe C1 signal. After I scanned the whole region, I found all of the signal I probed was K162. And none of them is C1 entrance.
I am wondering whether this DSP guide is right or not? Should I try to probe remaining signal? |

Some of those K162's may be c1's, but they will most likely be occupied as they are wormholes that have been opened from the other side. You will need to jump through those k162's to find out if they are a c1.
The method you are using will be the fastest way, just keep trying. |

Thanks. Do you mean the C1 signal level indeed is same with K162 signal level? Don't I need to probe other signal level, is it right? |

In Hisec, the signal for K162 , C1's(Z971) and wh's that will take you to another HS system(A641) are all the same signal strength when using The Deep Space Probes to filter what you actually want to scan. |

A possibly better solution for hunting C1s (especially if you are after a specific C1 system) would be to park in a C2 with HS and C1 statics and chain collapse the C1 static. This practically requires a Heavy Interdictor for the final closing pass though (unless you wish to do it the slow way with a frigate of some sort ;) |
