You are Bidding on a Retriever bpo.
This auction will end on Saturday the 11th at 19:00 eve time.
There is a 15 min sniper rule in place.
Bids Start at 1bn
Reserve is set at 1.9bn
Buyout is set at 2.5bn
The print is currently receiving some pl:upgrade and it may be pe:4 or pl:5 (hope the winner doesnt mind)
Print will be escrow'd anywhere in green-empire on the sucessful bidders request.
No alt bidding please.
If you can not make the bid time then have a corp member bid for you.
In the event that the top buyer fails to accept the escrow within 48 hours then the item will go to the next highest bidder if the reserve was met (or at my discretion if it was not)

You do realize that this is a Retriever BPO and not a Covetor BPO don't you?
Reserve 1.9b and buyout 2.5b? 
The NPC price for a Covetor BPO is 2 billion, not a Retriever.

Interesting concept really.. Selling a research'd bpo for less than npc price because people want it..
But hey.. I dont like it...
No one has to buy it, it's an auction.. and every day auctions go without a winner.. If no one wishes to bid on this then that's fair game.. If someone wishes to bid on it then fair game..
If someone wishes to buy it out then fair game to that too

Reserve should probably be NPC price with a buyout of whatever you feel is fair for the research time. Considering it only days a day per ME level to research one up, it's not worth much.
If you think someone's going to pay you a billion isk for 12 days of MEing this BPO ... 
You'd probably have a decent chance at selling it for the 1.125bn buyout though. You should have already made good profit selling bpcs of this anyway.
I never had understood starting an auction below your reserve price anyway.

a markup is justified for bringing this bpo to empire. most people can't safely make the trip to/from the ORE stations to buy one. 1.9 reserve is a tad high imo, but maybe he's just feeling out the market - people are free to bid above 1b and maybe he will change his mind on the reserve? i actually find it refreshing to see the reserve posted. most people put a hidden reserve which can be very frustrating and arbitrary. bid if you want it. personally, i already have one and it was a total pain in the @$$ to get it myself. pays for itself pretty fast though.

It's why I set up the auction :)
To be honest with you.. most guys think 900m is excessive for this print.. and that's the npc value..
Other t1 prints have recently been going for 2-5* their npc value.. far far far above the research cost.. so I see that going on and figgure that some guys are just looking for a fast way to get into production. This is that fast way..

Whould you please leave my stupid scam outside of this i know i scammed people i sended excuse emails to the persons not everyone, everyone got there money refunded by ccp, also i was banned for 7,5 days so i got my punishment yes i know i foolish people but i cannot do anything more then to say i am deeply sorry to the victims of my scams

900M wouldnt be excessive, even cheap ;) but 2B, but excessive.
And there's a difference between paying 40M for a 20M print and 2B for a 1B one :>

For those who do not understand what a "Reserve" is..
a "Reserve" means that I "Reserve" the chance to not sell this item if the isk does not reach that level.. Or you could take it to mean that I guarontee sale of the item if it exceeds or matches this level..
My starting price of 1bn is, of course, the starting price.. I may sell it at 1bn, I may not.. If you want it and you think it's worth 1.2bn then feel free to bid on it.. Your reserve is still 1.9B which is what you really want. If you had a reserve of, lets say, 1.1-1.2B, would be more realistic.
