I was looking on shipfit and notice some hardeners had 64% bonus and was wondering if any of these actually existed?
Although their not listed in item database, just like they are faction and special ships, are there special hardeners such as these that someone could buy? :P

Most everything that is on Eve-I os available somewhere.
Modules that are far above and beyond the normal stuff drop from complexes, and from rarely spawning NPC officers.
Stuff from them varies in price but some of the higher-end stuff often can sell for several billion ISK.

The 64% hardeners are in-game just uber rare, have seen 2 on Trade/WTS forums

o_O. 50%.. to all? Alright, someone get me 8 of those and I'll pay you 100 billion isk a few weeks later, made from dual-tanking a 10/10 complex :p.

its true, they're even fairly cheap (few hundred isks maybe?) they just use an insane amount of cap, 50 every 2.5 seconds or something like that :)

I had an idea on how to run that. NPCÆs always shoot the first ship that warps in at least on lower complexÆs and missions. So get the battleship to warp in with the 8 fields and cap relays in the low slot, get a 2nd battleship to warp in with a full cap recharger T2 and cap relays layout and perhaps 1 remote shield booster. First battleships useÆs Nos on the 2nd battleship and if needed the 2nd BS fixÆs the first shields. While those two are tanking everything due to 95%+ resistance everyone else is free to kill the rats

I'm guessing you'd want a couple of BS being used as mobile cap batterys

No, they're not. The ones costing a few hundred ISK are 30% to all resistances. (Invulnerability Field I) The 50% ones are Estamel's and Luther Veron's Modified Invulnerability Field, which will sell for an odd billion ISK each.

I just ran the math quick to see how many support BS you need.
Anyway 8 dread fields would be 132.8 cap a second. As a single Scorpion has 45.8 cap regen that means the support ship would need to provide 87cap per second which should be easy for 1 ship geared out as an extra reactor. Not sure why I said stick a nos on the Scorpion as you may as well stick weapons on, then give the support ship remote energy transfers.
Its not practical to use the 50% resistance due to the cost but you could get dead fields at 37.5% easy, not cheap but affordable for lots of people which is why I used 8 dread when working out the cap needed.
