As I understand it, to take a screenshot, you press the print screen button.
However when I do, I get an error box and no screen shot is taken.
Any ideas? ------------------------------ "Burn the land and boil the sea, you cant take the sky from me"

Are you playing in windowed mode? I think (correct me if I am wrong) that if you are in windowed mode and try to take a snapshop it will error. Try going full screen

I assume that there is supposed to be a way to get the game to create a screenshot but mine has yet to work. The first time I tried to hit print screen I got the error and no file was made, after that I could hit printscreen but still no shot was made so here's how I ended up getting them. Hit printscreen, this saves the screen info to the windows clipboard, you can then hit ALT-Enter to go to the desktop and open a paint program and press Shift-Insert or paste into your new image. I find that just using ms paint is really the easiest as it automatically sets up the new file to the size of the image in your clipboard, no need for cropping or resizing. Only downsides are you have to make them one at a time, you can't press Print-Screen multiple times. You've got to paste each shot into a new paint file. And in MS paint you'll probably end up saving it as a .BMP file which you'll probably want to use another program to convert to a JPEG. Hope this helps. Also I always use the ALT-ENTER as opposed to ALT-TAB as ALT-TAB tends to cause the game to crash. Alt-Ent just windows it so it can minimized.

The problem happenes when your in-game resolution is higher than your desktop resolution. Make them even and I bet it works.

Can't be resolution...
Yes, it can, I found out: When I adjusted the window so that the surface was within the screen (window borders outside) I could take screenshots.

if the windowed game frame is larger then your desktop, then the error msg will come.
This eaven the borders and the blue text line in the top must be on the desktop...
Or u can take shoot in fullscreen...

Thanks guys.
I put my desktop to the same resolution as eve and now the screenshot function works perfectly.
I think that the error box that appears should tell you of this fix.
Thanks again.
