I started playing just after the release 2003 and for about 2 years, then had a break and came back for another round. Haven't really played serious the last 3 years. Have a character with 48M SP all geared towards PvP.
Looking for something more laid back I guess. The game have changed a lot and I have forgot a lot also so I need time to learn again and people to teach me. I suppose a small to medium sized corp would be best. I have a work that takes a lot of time and sometimes I can be away for a few weeks on travel so a corp that demands constant game time will not work.
I have done most things in PvP before but what I enjoyed most was small to medium sized roaming gangs, medium fleets, sniping, pirating and hit n runs. I used to be in big alliances before and did a lot of large fleet battles. That was fun, but also very frustrating. To often it turned out to be a stand off or the servers couldn't deal with the pressure so most of the fight the screen froze up. Maybe things have changed now and its better but I would prefer something else.
Like I said, I would prefer something more laid back with a fun atmosphere and drama free. Preferably a group with pitch black humor, bad taste in general, no bullshitting or internal yada yada and with thick skins and a kamikaze attitude :P Some drunks in the corp for weekend ops would be cool also.
So, any corp that feels they can give me a home?

If you're looking for small/medium scale pvp I'd recommend Factional Warfare. We're always looking for members, but even if you decide not to go with us, I'd still recommend FW as there are many good corps/alliances out there, without the blobs of 0.0 |

FW sounds fun, but I think I would like to go with the minmatar side then. |

I highly recommend Rifterlings.
+We mostly fly frigates and destroyers, with some cruisers thrown in for variety +We roam a lot as a corp and with allied militia +Mumble or TS3 comms depending on who's running the roam +Capture sites to earn Loyalty Points, buy discounted stuff in LP store, sell for lots of ISK to buy ships for PvP
Note: Our forums were lost due to a recent host malfunction, but before that they were fairly active. |

What do you mean give you a home? What's your alts' name because you def sound like you've got one in Kazo.
Look up Kazo here, https://www.koshaku.com/showthread.php?2969-Recruitment-resources or join our pub chann Koshaku Pub to start some chats with our friends and our members. I think we'll be a good fit, or at least a competitor. I've posted a lot of responses to higher skill points' adverts in this same forum, read em up real quick because otherwise I'm just repeating almost the same thing. But we are what you're lookin for in roams. Kazo does a lot of corp roams from a couple to few pilots, or as a corp from 10+.
We also like theory crafting unsuspecting solo and group fits to roam in. Plus, Kazo encourages flying dangerously because we feel our best lessons are hard mistakes.
Check us out huh, Koshaku Pub.
Now I gotta stop posting, we got to our desti and are now out roaming...currently, 3-FKCZ. Come and GET US!

Laid back, yet drunken aholes...sounds familiar. US time zone small/medium pvp corp. We have no time restriction or any of that crap. We do encourage members to be in fleet, when they are online.
GUT-U is our pub channel. Check us out. |
