have 2 corps at war but the 2 corps are actually friendly to each other.
sit at a busy gate in high security ect (for example a gate in oursulaert)
one of the corp randomly gangs people, I know most will reject but some will accept.
then the other corp can now blow away the people who accepted as they become valid war targets?
I don't want to try it I'm not that type of player just curious wether it works like that.

If it does work, don't do it.
Please don't get gangs nerfed AGAIN. There are millions of other ways to be an asshat without exploiting the game mechanics.

that says you can but I suppose it might no have ever been implemented.

Make a false corp and dec a buddy, get him to gang a third party and attack the third party with your noob ship. Then warp near sentries and tell us what happens.

Pls excuse me being simple but isn't there a time delay ? Do they become a target immediately ? If there isn't a delay there should be to avoid such an exploit.  And since discussing exploits is frowned upon in these here hills ........ click !

it woudl be an exploit, and ban awaits you if you woudl be doing this :P
also this is discussing an exploit basically and thus this thread needs to be ended by mods :P

its not an exploit, the game warns you that the player is at war, its your choice to join it.

you can legally attack a member of an unaffiliated corp IF they are in gang with a war target. This happened with a corpmate of mine, he was attacking a war target when he accidentally sent his drones to attack a third party scout and destroyed him without CONCORD intervention.

Well since Eris and team haven't seen fit to end this thread, it obviously isn't an exploit. 
IMO, however, I would rank this as lame as inviting an individual to gang in 0.0 so that you can warp to and attack.
Having said that, assuming its legit, it could be termed the "Darwin Move" ...

Like corp theft, this is an exploit of trust, NOT game mechanics. As such there is (sadly) nothing that CCP could do in such a case, other than trying to nerf it in future patches.
