starter doesn't fit the bill... this isn't a carrier pilot at all almost no drone skills and no tanking skills to be seen and 0 rigging skills.... not to be rude but hes not worth the 2 plex to transfer more than half his sp are in ship command |

Well I guess you can call it by any name you like. This toon is going straight for Carrier I (with 2 detours: cyno/cloak and the BC/Destroyer skills for the upcoming skill changes). The rest of the skills are yours to train.
Also, just for clarification:
- I intend to train the Capital Ships skill but not the Carrier skill. One could also train Dreadnought with that
- In case anyone wondered, it costs very nearly 4bil to train a toon this far, including skills, game time and the $20 transfer fee. My profit is being eroded by the rise in PLEX prices, so this will be my last one.
- Mal journ, the transfer fee isn't exactly 2 PLEX, it's exactly 1.5 PLEX. And it is for my own account, so no need to worry yourself about it.

I still need to inject/train the Capital Ships skillbook (less than 2 days) which I will do right now and you need to train the Carrier skillbook. All-in-all it's 1d22h. |

Two things stand out, one being the character has only marginally over 7million skillpoints
the other the character does not have the amarr carrier skillbook injected
that being the case, I will offer you the 4 bil, but subtract the cost of the amarr carrier book, to make 3.55b
I doubt you will recieve a more worthwhile offer, and implore you to give it real consideration. |

As you'll see above, it has always been my stated intention to NOT include the carrier skillbook. Including it will significantly skew the price/SP ratio and, since that ratio appears to be an important consideration, I do intend to stick to my plan. Rest assured that there is absolutely no profit left (it seems the rising PLEX prices and the obliteration of RMT's have something to add here).
Having said that, I am rather tired of keeping an eye this thread, so I have reduced the price to 3.7bil. If that sounds acceptable to you, you are most welcome to take him off my hands.
