The whole Tuesday or Wednesday thing reminds me of Popye and Wimpy.

Bottom line they were mentioned. It was said they were coming and would be available. But exactly when? Like the bookmark fix etc. I was kind of referring to, maybe they will come on a Tuesday or Wednesday.
Thanks for the link to the thread BTW. I see it's Thursday. Nobody ever did point me to the thread in which Pann said Tues,Wed. Just took it as gospel.
This one actually quite clearly says the 10th so I guess we will see tomorrow.

I would say give them some time--I cant imagin making a container that stores a password that a corp or gang can access and is bought and sold is a fast thing to make.
They probably really want to test it before a corp dumps tons of ore in there only to have the password change or not work--LOL
then the forums and pititions would light up like mad

If they were not putting them in they should have not posted the quote below in the DEV BLOG:
"Also fixed was the globalness of the jettison timer and it reduced to 3 minutes. We need to have the timer, as spurting cans all over the place, puts the hurt on servers and players.
