Does anyone have an Excel sheet or something that will help calqulate POS fitting reqs for each type of module? Something that starts with the tower....then as you add silos it subracts fitting reqs and then tells you have much room you have left?
Something close at least I am sure if out there....I am Excel'd out after all the Tech2 Comps/reacions experiments I have done over the past 4-5 months.

simply uber, compared 2 mine.
U mind if i change this a bit where i add an extra row of feul. Its simply a row for a user creasted time, i.e. there is a cell for you to put the number of days in and it coems up with feul.

Anyone can use my workbook anyway they want. Change it, add to it, use parts of it in your workbooks, I don't mind.

The Medium Reactor Array is in the drop down list of modules. Maybe you just missed it?
Let me know if you can't find it and I will upload another version.

Oh man, excellent sheet! The only gripe I have with it is that Open Office doesn't have the dropdown menus. I have to type the words in manually.

Give this sheet a try.
I didn't add any macros. I am not familiar enough with OpenOffice.org Calc to get rid of the macro prompt.

Simply awesome Fubar, really clear and easy to use, unlike so many calculators out there [i make my own for most things, but this one suits me perfectly].
Have you done anymore spreadsheets? I could really do with s spreadsheet for moon minerals reactions all the way up to Making the T2 Components. Now THATS a big job :P

I have been thinking about just THAT.
Combining the simple workbook I made public in this thread, combine a little from the workbook I use myself, and add the reactions to it.
The user would have to have the ability to add costs into the chain. I don't know what all the costs would be but I am sure people would come up with things I would have never thought of.
The workbook should have one sheet for each moon. The user should have the ability to select the moon minerals available at that moon, define the outputs of reactor arrays and mining arrays, define silo and coupling array storage. The user should also be able to define the reaction used in each reactor. A totals sheet(s) would be available to total costs and output from the moon sheets to give a total cost overview of the final output of the POS chain.
Tons to think about. Any thoughts?

I created the workbook in Open Office 1.1.3. I don't think the listboxes work in Open Office 1.0.x.

I'm using 1.1.0. I'll see if there's an upgrade I can get.

You know what really really sucks about your sheet?!?!
it's better than mine :(
I have the simple pull down menu's using v-lookup's for the stations..then on a seperate column, all the pull down menus like what you have so that the stations are seperate..which is what i like about mine..but yours has all the fuel info.. i was going to add that next after the patch..but oh well...anyways, very nice.
