I got a Minmatar character with 19.1 million skillpoints totally specilized in Minmatar ships and have access to level 4 agents.
Got 7.5m in gunnery and can be able to fly Minmatar HACs in about 4-5 days.
The character got +3 Perception implant, +3 Intelligence implant and +3% damage to all turrets implant.
Skills and attributes
I want a character that got pretty much the same in gunnery and spaceship command though HAC skills is not necessary. Some skills that would be good:
Amarr Battleship 5
Large/Medium/Small Energy Turret 5
Other gunnery at 5
Pretty much in engineering too.
If anyone got any offers in ISK I might be intrested.

If you meant that I should post on trade forum it sais in description "trading items with other players." since this isn't an item and I will consider ISK offers I figured I'd just post it here.
