can you explain to me why the stats are EXACTLY the same as the t1 ones?
I checked the market and it is true, both t1 and t2 are identical apart from the required skills. Maybe they're just placeholders?

Think it's just a placeholder atm as it makes no sense for them to be the same (been that way for a long time on the test server) probobly a drop from an event.
Probobly a realy rare item atm.
