since theres nothing about it in Pann's post im gonna repost it
The gallente cruiser skill says it gives this : "Special Ability: 5% bonus to hybrid turret damage per level."
but in fact, it only gives 5% bonus to medium hybrid turret damage per lvl
it doesnt affect small or large hybrid turrets, As far as i know, (from what i was told) its the same on frigates supposed to have the same global bonus but only giving it to small weapons, and battleships to large weapons

to add to that, the mining drone skill still doesnt work... would be nice if it could be fixed in the next patch (it makes a big difference on rare ore)
lvl 1 mining drone skill with harvester = 30ore/min/drone
lvl 4 mining drone skill with harvester = 30ore/min/drone (even tho it should be 36ore/min/drone)
makes a big difference when you have 8 of em too :)

And caldari cruisers doesnt have a bonus at all.

I've got a feeling the mining drone skill is not actually yield but in fact the speed at which they mine...
If you check the attributes it's actually miningdronespeedbonus.

yes it's speed, but in theory this means they should mine more each cycle.
I think thier cycle is the same as a mining laser, and every point in this skill reduces the time taken between cycles for the drones.
thus if you park your ship within 1KM of the asteroid while the drones mine, your drones will mine much faster if you have a good mining fdrone skill.
Thus equaling more ore in theory per minute than before.
But this is pretty hard to test or see happen except over long periods of time...
Thus mining for one minute with level 5 mining drone skill won't amount to any difference in ore yeild.
However after ten minutes you might notice a 20% inscrease in overal ore in your cargo hold compaired to the guy with level 1 mining drone skill?
Might be worth a test sometime.

Yes it says speed on the second page but the first page it says 5% to mining drone yeild. It always worked as 5% to yeild in beta.
Not a new issue. I have posted and asked about this since live several times as have others and still no answer.
All kinds of skills have different descriptions on the second page of their info, some even show more then one bonus.
