Interesting character to say the least. He has potential, but I fear that you overestimate the value of this toon.
Negatives:
- Total drone skills of drones lvl 4, can't even launch 5 drones never mind t2 or any drone modification skills.
- Only 325k SP in Navigation skills, which are a huge modifier for any minmatar ship, especially Angel ships.
- Semi negatively, it is very very focused on the Macherial being that 30% of the toons total SP ( bs V in two races) is limited to a ship that the toon barely has or lacks the support skills for.
- To piggy back the last comment, most people who fly Macherial in either pvp or pve can afford a character who is better suited to fly the ship.
Assuming that you (whomever ends up with the toon) puts another 6-10 mill in support skills, this character does have the potential to be an extremely good Macherial pilot.
