As you mentioned in the other thread, when it gets closer to the date and we have a better grasp on numbers I will call ahead and reserve a table under my name, which is Adam.
That way there will be no confusion over nerdy t-shirts and the like...though I will still be rocking my RvB duds undoubtedly. \o/

As far as I'm concerned about the friends and +1's the more the merrier!
Everyone needs to be aware though that it looks like we'll be passing into large party territory which means extra gratuity will likely be added on automatically. If possible bring cash to pay for bills in case their splitting policy is a *****.

It wouldn't be an issue really but if you can get them for free without getting in trouble or anything...well yea do that if it's not a problem  . Saves you all from reading my terribad handwriting more than once!

Alright with less than a week to go, it's time for an update! (OP has been updated as well)
So I called and asked if the had a side room for bigger parties and I'm not sure if it's private or what the case is but they said they did have one and it could seat at max 14 people. Luckily when I asked if people could be standing around she said it would be no problem.
SO bring some comfy shoes, some cool stories or questions if you're a noob, and again it would be a good idea to bring cash just in case since it would be unwise for any of us to put a card on the tab for the whole table.
The reservation: Adam, for 7:00pm on the 19th at the Cleveland Tilted Kilt. Only one had issues with the time thus it seems like it'll work fine for most so I'm calling it a go.
Keep us posted with your status throughout the week if you can but I'm not going to hassle anyone about it since I'm hoping this side room will be big enough to accommodate us all standing.

We can create a new one if all of you don't like the name. I just figured we should all try to contribute so Zerge doesn't have to do all of the work. She was confused the whole time, our group wasn't that big. As someone who spent a few years in the business, I can say she wasn't very good. Twice I set there for 15 minutes or so with an empty glass. Seemed like she was afraid to go pass the edge of the table, when she showed up. Still had a good time. Was surprised to see none of you had a third boob. Couldn't even find a horn on the Goon.

OK! Here's what were going to do, since there was a bit of debate on where to head for the next one - and I told you guys probably 100 times too many at the first meet that I'm new n clueless as a mother******* about what's what n where in this town. . .SO - we're all going to do a bit of research on places(me included) and inform the group what we've found. We can then vote on the suggestions and if there's a clear winner that's where we head next, otherwise we can chat about the options that remain.
 We're looking for internet, wifi or hard line-able, booze, and some kind of privacy. One of the issues I see us running into is if we have a butt load of people desiring to show up, we may have an issue with internet capabilities. Maybe the best option is to split the group for this roam? IDK but lets find some places first and test the waters eh 
Also if the roam is not the idea that speaks to the people then we can always just throw together another meet and attempt to find a better place for said gathering because that works just fine for me!

They have a basement area with tables a small bar and a projector w/ screen in the corner and a few arcade / pinball machines and a mini shuffleboard? table (not sure of the name).

Well I havenGÇÖt seen much posted lately so here is what I have found. I did some checking into some places but what I am finding is for privacy they have party or banquet rooms. These rooms require a deposit and a minimum spending limit as well as the large gratuity. Food would be some sort of buffet that we would have to choose from a banquet menu ahead of time.
Sounds like the place that Nutrinity found (The Happy Dog) is pretty good and fits the bill. Seems like they would work with us even opening up early if it is worth it for them. We do seem to drink a lot and from the Google reviews the food sounds good so I would think it would make sense for both them and us.
20 years ago I wouldGÇÖve love to take on this task of going from bar to bar looking for a place for us to meet but RL obligations prevent me from doing so. 
I am also open to another meet to brainstorm and drink (not necessarily in that order) about this further.

Well I had been meaning to send out another mass evemail but everyone else's apathy fueled my own. I'd be down for anything the group is interested in really - another meet at a better place works perfect for me. A roam or brawl works just as well.
I'll try to remember to send out a mass eve mail like for the first meet to see if we can't get everyone back on one of these threads for some discussion about time(assuming the place works) when I get home and onto eve.
