What do you mean? That time *is* EVE time. There is no other time.
Imagine the hassle if everyone had their own times there

Where I live EVE time is local time...New Zealand
I guess move to New Zealand...

EVE is GMT. GMT doesn't change, it's the standard time. Great Britain is currently on British Summer Time (BST) which is one hour in front of GMT.
