if their at war in empire atm and ur in a NPC corp they could of thought u were an alt spy and decided to kill u cause of that

Okay this has to be the most stupid pirate ever.
The story:
A member is in Kheram and reports known pirate Hobie of TSBS in local at the Mista gate. My corp m8 is in a cov ops (cloaked).
Siobhan is sitting in Unefish at the Kheram gate.
The PIE member see a hauler jump in. Hobie ganks him in front of sentries. Siobhan jumps in when she hears Hobie has aggressed.
Siobhan warps to the Mista gate but Hobie has gone. All that is left is the hauler pod. The PIE corp m8 in Cov Ops reports Hobie has warped to Planet 5 and follows. Hobie is at Planet 5 but logs off and auto warps away.
Siobhan gets to Planet 5 to find Hobie gone and several TSBS secure containers.
Suddenly Pastime logs in. And guess what. He appears at Planet 5. Next to TSBS cans. What an amazing coincidence 
(Just for reference Siobhan had had a run in with Pastime the night before and knew that he was working with TSBS after he looted some other cans on behalf of TSBS)
Anyway. Siobhan pops Pastimes. Bear in mind that all of this time 'Hobie' is logged off...
Pastime logs after a few minutes of smack in local.
Amazingly (in another of life's coincidences) Hobie comes back on line as soon as Pastime logs and auto warps to Planet 5.
Siobhan is waiting opens fire on Hobie's Raven. Unfortunately Hobie is out of scramble range and runs.
He then starts accusing Siobhan of piracy...
What is amazingly funny about all of this was that HOBIE was logged off the whole time this alleged piracy took place.
So how in ****s name did he log back in knowing about this 'supposed' piracy of an 'innocent' Kestrel...
Seriously, Hobie is not the smartest tool in the box...
This is the local log after Siobhan had chased Hobie from planet 5.
