I am a 43 year old disabled gamer returning to Eve after being away since 2010. I spent most of my time prior as a member of Eve University as a student and then later as a Mentor and RO. I am still a newbie when it comes to this game but I left because I was bored of missioning and at the time Goons were in full Jihad gank mode which just made me hate it even more. I was too intimidated to goto Nullsec then thinking I did not have the skills. I still thought that way until I found this thread. I am not afraid of PvP but I am also not that good at it. granted the last time I was involved in PvP was during a E-Uni war if I remember correctly. I am just recently getting into exploration and was using high/low sec to do this. Looking forward to meeting you folks and hopefully joining you to discover what Eve is really about. In the past week I have probably spent close to 400mil at least. As of today I am in the black 400mil and that is sharing bounties with a partner. There is no greater experience than to be a lesser experienced pilot encountering many "butt puckering" moments and learning to survive them. The most "butt puckering" experience in high/low sec is MAYBE seeing a suicide ganker coming at you. If you have good moral values and are looking for a start in 0.0 talk to Lupus. We don't have taxes but we help in other ways. Donating salvage for corp rigs, donating trash loot for bullets. If you want to mine we have tons of belts and grav sites for all the high-end ores, cosmic anomalies, alliance PVP, you name it.
