Greetings all.
We have recently lost 3 of our pilots to other interests.
As such we are looking for 3 new recruits, to join our hallowed wings.
Requirements:
Play Eve for PvP
10+ million skill points (this is variable, just a rugh guideline, depending on the skill point focus, could be less if the pilot has focused in areas useful for PvP etc)
HIGH experience of PvP combat, your "employment history" will be studied carefully.
Be very active.
Self suffiecient with your own wealth and ship stocks.
Over 18
Be able to use TS.
Be able to take orders. My nickname is Adolf, there is a reason for this, your in KIA, you do as KIA does. The rules are strict, and not following them will lead to a visit to the "Private Chat with EddZ" room but ask anyone in KIA, we got having fun all sorted out ;)
Applications should be directed to myself for filtering, I will then pass you onto KIAStumpy, KIAs recruitment officer, who will pick the 3 best pilots from the available candidates after a set interview process.
oooh neary forgot, sexual advances from Gillad and Garpy will be forthcoming and common. Just deal with it tbh ;)
So what/who are KIA
We are a highly active, PvP based corp.
We live and breathe killing. Our killboard is a testament to this. Its the only focus of the corp.
The only breaks in contracted PvP work are simply to make money to fund the next bout of contracted PvP work. (all KIA pilots are self sufficient, the corp will of course help where it believes is necessary and warranted)
We currently are in contracted war with Red Alliance and the CLS led Ascendent Frontier Alliance. These contracts are Empire based only.

No. I just don't respect corporations who use login tactics.
I haven't lost a ship to KIA.
At least KIA admit to using login tactics so they have half a ball.

We logout when trapped, and the num,bers are so far out of our favour, that constantly moving from safespot to safespot is the only option.
we have NEVER used a log IN trap to kill pilots.
Anyone that says different is a liar.
Anyone in KIA caught exploiting, is dealt with without mercy.
I am sorry Riddari, but any reports of log in ganking and trapping that you have recieved from your fellow pilots, are ignorance and exageration.

If anyone is considering joining KIA and dont know the guys I can highly recommend them.
They are highly skilled, fun and a hoot on TS.
One thing the forgot to mention, you need to be able to understand sarcasm and 'abusive' language on TS (which some of us find funny and not offensive) and the mandatory xmas drunkparty on TS :)
No matter which side I might be on in terms of KIA they've always treated me with respect and I had great fun flying with them in deep Stain during the last two months of CA.

There is a specific forum for Recruitment purposes.
It's not my problem that KIA can't find it on their own but needed a GM help for it.

Sadly, these people come here of their own accord, they don't plan in our channel. After a few hours in Yulai with KIA, I can confirm that these guys certainly know what they're doing, and are probably great fun to fly with. I've never seen them use login traps, however they quite often use traps where they all warp out, wait for the victims to come in thinking its clear... and then BOOM warp back in. Good tactics.

Problem is that short of buying a battleship, there's no real way I can have a chance against those interceptor fleets alone (as nobody in CLS seems to have the guts to leave 0.0), and if I came in a battleship, I'd probably be shot to pieces by a gankageddon anyways .

KIA consists of pvp-minded people, and they are excellent at this trade. Quality people, pvp setting, guaranteed fun and great gameplay. Highly recommended.
