Exioce	Posted - 2003.07.12 20:56:00 - [7] well, i work for Federal Intelligence and have two lvl 3 agents with them. they also have four lvl 4 agents and one lvl 5 agent. the issue is, it was stated that the new patch would allow you to definitely get an agent of a higher level from any agent you were working for. i'm not sure if this applies to lvl 3 agent tho. So, after doing alot of missions for him he still hasn't reffered me to a lvl 4 agent =/. However, a friend of mine recieved a lvl 4 agent referral from a lvl 2 agent.
