Hey all, I just started playing the 14 Day-Free Trial and I have to say I am amazed. I have played many other MMORPGS ranging from Everquest to World of Warcraft but I have to say this is possibly the best. I just wanted to complement the game makers and community on this amazing game and say hello to everyone out there. Hopefully I'll see you online, please don't shoot me... Hehehe

Just remember...be weary who you trust. Oh, and when someone locks on at you and see a small round flashing "thing" rushing towards you, don't trust them at all :)

That so reminds me about my first encounter with pirates... me in a Vexor with the mininggroup.
We got 2 pirates in the systems and I remember thinking ... "What are those lights???" just before I got hit by 2 cataclysm torpedoes!!! LOL
Saved my pod....

My first encounter was with m0o corp and Corp 1 near gelfiven, when my lovely cyclone got shot down twice...I was like omg omg i cannot warp, omg omg where is my cap....those were the noob times
Well, my best advice is, get mining, find a system where there are no ore thieves and also start doing missions. Get your missile skills up and also skills to pilot a raven. Also get your social skills up, so you can get lvl 3 agents a bit faster than doing it without. Also electronic, engineer and mechanic skills are important as much as industrial skills.
Make isks and build ur ship level up, because if u ever turn to pvping u need it :)
Also don't trust anyone who says follow me to a belt in a 0.5 and lower system...u will never see ur ship again :)

Welcome to eve! You will be addicted first to the game, then to the people, and you will never leave. Be careful in systems with a security status of 0.4 and below! Always have an up-to-date clone! Look both ways before crossing the space road! And never EVER trust Zeepo.
