You dont understand.
He probably read "General Discussion" with "Rich are too rich" topics so and assume some of that rich guys are in great need of alliance establising but dont want to train their own alt.

Hmm think you could get a few hundred mills for this one from the right client.. Try contacting someone in occ. 20th just left PA so they might need a new char with empire 5....

Im no leet R&D char, I can pritty much do any agent for amarr . tho Im offering the buyer empire control 5 so he/she can create a allince w/out waiting the x amount of month for the skills.

ill offer 500 mill for this character seeing as its roughly 60 days to train it from a new character and only 13 mill in skills so your looking at 70 days total to get the skills you put on him plus 13 mill thats reasonable!!! id say im paying to much TBH but i need it asap evemail unorthodox chaos or dominus aliquem in game if interested in my offer
