Don't have the fit laying around here ... but.
Large shield transfer with adaptive shielding subsystem for more reps
2 invuls, 2 LSE and a photon scattering field (for maximum tank, not really needed though) You can also go passive <---
The rest some cap modules to get stable and ballistic control systems.

This is what I use. Dissolution Rig lets you hit at 115km, save you moving around all the time and worrying about 1 of the team being webbed and slowing it all down. CN LSE's were needed to make it all fit.
