Now instead of auto-replying : "no you can't !" please read the *detailed*  question...
A few minutes ago I was in Rookie-chat and checked the infos on a player I liked the portrait of. I noticed she was in a Corp that had an unusual logo, so I thought : "Hey, that's her first rookie-corp" but then I checked her employement history to get more infos of that Corp with a cool logo, and to my surprise it was the 3rd Corp that player was in since she started playing the game...
Someone in Rookie-chat explained to me that when you leave a Corp you then auto-join (kinda) a new NPC Corp. I tried to know more about it but the person answering me told me there was no way to choose, because there was only one choice... So I wonder how to know (in advance) what "auto-join"/choice Corp is going to happen to me if I leave my current noob-Corp ?
(hope it makes sense  !)

Not sure, I've looked through some peoples corp history and they go to different noob corps on leaving player corps.
I'd guess its to do with race choice i.e. Amarr/ Ni-kunni etc

Yup, that's how it works. Career choices indicate what corp you start in, race determines what corp you drop down into.

Everyone starts out in a Rookie corp, depending on what race and school they went to. That makes 12 NPC corps. Then there are default ones that each bloodline joins when leaving a corp, so that's 8 more. Other than those 20 NPC corps, it is no longer possible to join an NPC corp.

Thanks for all your answers =)
Now what I just have to do is watch closely people employement histories and sometimes I'll stumble on somebody who is in the non-rookie NPC corp for a reason or another, so if I understand it well, I just have to find one for each Race/bloodline and I'll find the 8 NPC Corps available to players after their noob corps  !
