Greetings to all Alliances and Co-ops, as a newly formed Alliance we are saddend that our first post must be about this subject. This is an official Statement regarding the State of Affairs regarding The UnAssociated and GODS, (Generals Of Destruction Syndicate). Gods has chosen to declare war on our Alliance after thwarting a pirate attack from one of their members. After not complying with their threats of "Reimburse us or be declared on!" They have chosen to declare war. This is to inform all those who are part of the GODS, and those in their "Union". We have no hostile intentions toward any others within this Union only to fight the war which presents itself. However, we will defend ourselves as we have done in the past. Good luck to you and lets have some "Smack free" fights.

I'd like to be the first to post and say good luck on your war. I have flown along side with many of the "Unassociated" pilots in Pakkonen. They are a bunch of great guys and keep the game clean of pirates. Great job. Good example of the BIG guys shatting on the little ones. But you know what? DOWN WITH PIWATES! |

To shed light on the subject mate your pilot aggressed our pilot. He lost and then you threaten us to reimburse. Not gonna happen friend. The pilot in question then immediately after said good fight, and that was the end of it until your CEO sent the threat. We are anti-pirate, ask any and all who know us. But this was an unfortunate turn. But as you said m8 good luck to all.

Well since our ceo does not play eve at this time it was not him. However I did send one of your CEO's an ultimatum and he responded with 'bring it on'. Which is fine. That is the response I was hoping for.
Basically no reasons or rationalizations are needed for this war. It is unclear who shot at who first both that does not matter. Both sides want to fight someone, we are ruffly the same size, and live near each other so it is convient. How ever if labeling us as 'pirates' helps you sleep better at night than thats fine by me. Labels mean nothing to us.
We hold no hard feelings toward the UnAssociated nor do we have anything bad to say about them. So far they have fought with class and dignity. We look foward to fighting you guys more.

So i said on a post nearly 10 months old when we were part of pheonix alliance we were anti pirate as to there rules ? HAHHAHHAHA.
Little bit of info we aint been PA since shortly after that. This wars gonna be easier then the couple of hrs with this kind of intel you get

K, lets get down to business.
I am the original pilot taked about who "lost". The actual facts of the occasion are your pilot in vigil actually agressed me by locking and warp scrambling my ishkur in a belt (logs are available), at this time I hadnt even targetted the vigil. His friend in a raven then warped in. I then proceeded to kill the vigil and almost made it into warp but unfortunately the ravens juggernauts interrupted that little scheme. I did say gf in local as it was and I bear no malice or illwill towards these guys, its only ships FFS. This however does not detract from the fact that
GODS is fkn bored, you engaged me so we thought, hey this is as good a reason as any to go get some pvp. So enough of the he said, she said crap.

Just to clear matters up i am the orinal pilot on una's side of this and the story goes as follows.... i warped into a belt and headed 200k away from anything and stop as i was scouting .Yolan warped into the belt and straight away i check him out. i showed a bounty and a bad sectaus which was ok. But then he headed for me at top speed which as i was near nothing at all to me was an act of aggression unless he had a couple of minors on that frig  So comon lets be honest u seen my little vigil as an easy kill... An yes you said gf or whatever after i said it so u accecpted it was a fight and not an aggressive gank. So in turn i can only see u were a bit embarasssed u couldnt take a vigil with no tank on down before torps hit you from 70k away lol  But anyway now that everything is out in the open ill be hoping ill return u the favourSo lets keep it clean and fun in the fights lads

Pirate, anti-pirate we don't really care what other people call us. We kill many corps that you would call pirates and are friends with others. Just my 2 cents... not trying to flame, just post my experience w/ unassociated and opinions on this.
It's my believe GODS will pwn them, as I've been in fleets that have fought the unassociated, and to be honest, they were horrible pvpers in a fleet. Maybe 1v1 they are good, but bad tactics, bad response time and co-ordination led to them getting slaughtered in our engagements in lower syndicate.
Regarding piracy? One of the unassociated, who in fact has posted in this thread, was camping a gate in low sec space a few nights ago shooting at anything that came through, including me... I guess someone forgot to tell him that mega pulse probably won't hit a moving ceptor from 10 km away

Wow...where to start with this one. Well yes Ajaya we did get slaughtered in the one fleet enggement we had, probably because of the spy that was in our channel, but thats our fault. Secondly you where shot at because we are a -10 to eachother, does that not make u a target? There is a difference between shooting anything that moves, and shooting hostile targets. And as for the bad tactics and timing...Well i can only laugh at that our movements where watched in every turn so.....Oh well for us. But make no mistake, that will not happen again.

Fuglife was in a corp that we had set to positive and they should have had us at positive but did not. He jumped in and we allowed him to live thinking he was friendly. Our second bship warped off to Ipay to chase down some noob and our Scorp was left with a supposed friendly.
Thus, it was a friendly fire accidnet and Fuglife either left or was forced to leave the corp in question and the issue is settled.
Stating this as you have is pathetic and lame.
