Well, mega is a better choice for that if you fly gallente BS but if you insist, fit as many hybrids (what ever suits your range) and as many mag stabs u can and some sensor boosters/tracking comps/target painters etc in the mids.

high: 6x 350 rail tech 2 with antimatter
med: xl-c5 clarity ward and 2 hardeners, cap booster with 800, target painter t2
low: 2 rcu 1 and 5 magstab 2
if you know what u are fighting, you can drop the shieldtank for an ew-setup like racial jammers, but i rather have a little tank left just in case.

No point in having any more than 5 mags stabs in lows as stacking penalty make the gain worthless u would be better fitting tracking enhancers into the 2 spare lows.

actually the stacking penalty is so that all modules past the 3rd do more than the 1 before, because of the exponential curve of stacking multiplicative bonuses on top of each other.
Its how the armageddon does the same dps a megathron, the last (8th) dmg mod does basically as much as the 1st one. it goes something like this (shamelessly nicked from someone else's post about this):
the effect of each T2 damage mod has something like
following
1 1.1100000 X damage, 10.50000% ROF
2 1.1738535 x damage, 17.01945% ROF
3 1.2426674 x damage, 22.34306% ROF
4 1.3094116 x damage, 26.93070% ROF
5 1.3753232 x damage, 30.99023% ROF
6 1.4410712 x damage, 34.64091% ROF
7 1.5070724 x damage, 37.96031% ROF
8 1.5736129 x damage, 41.00293% ROF
and by deviding damage with ROF eg. 1.11/0.895, i can
get the total damage increase per mod
1 mods 124.0223%
2 mods 141.4613%
3 mods 160.0201%
4 mods 179.2013%
5 mods 199.2940%
6 mods 220.4852%
7 mods 242.9207%
8 mods 266.7273%
then i have the mod1-mod2 and mod3-mod2 trying to
get the raw effect of each mod, the result is rather
interesting
1st mod 24.0223% dps
2nd mod 17.4389% dps
3rd mod 18.5589% dps
4th mod 19.1812% dps
5th mod 20.0927% dps
6th mod 21.1912% dps
7th mod 22.4355% dps
8th mod 23.8066% dps

Winner. Remember for the dom you want to be inside the range of your drones, so long range setups don't do much. Go w/ the 250's w/ the high ROF and hammer them w/ the drones at the same time.

Popular setup, most ppl drop 2 mag stabs for normal stabs though.
