That could be embarassing.

The story was posted on several danish online newspapers as well. Seems the story is that the husband was some radio show host. He and his wife had a rather stormy relationship, and a couple of children caught in the middle.
At some point the husband was interviewing some photo/swimsuit model on radio, and was apparantly chatting her up quite a bit. During what he thought to be a commercial break, he apparantly proposed to the model that he was ready to leave his wife and children for her, and whatever and whatnot.
Sadly, the microphone was still on, so the rather unfortunate comment was aired live, which his wife, sitting at home, heard. Thus it all went downhill from there.
Still, some lucky sod out there got a nifty car for small change, really. Sad, but true. Some lucky sod is now either a ot richer from reselling the car, or has a really fly ride.
Maybe one should start browsing eBay on a more regular basis...

Edited by: Nikolai Nuvolari on 28/06/2005 14:07:22 That's just wrong. I mean I don't condone what he did, but selling his car for nothing is just cruel and unusual. Emphasis on the second one.
Oh, and you can add to the title "if your car is registered in your spouse's name." ___________________________________________ ^^^***---All things serve the Beam---***^^^ GDBT is recruiting! |
