That has absolutely nothing to do with it.
Work out your sales price, less the variable cost of producing one of these things and there's your contribution and:
[simple] Calculate your break even from this in order to cover the price of the cloak or;
[hard] Discount the profit by the inflation in Eve and also the risk of buying it, then calculate the break even.
As it is (at 16bn) [simple] works out to be a ridiculous production number and [hard] just makes it worse.
Any vauguely intelligent person should be able to work that out for themselves, and not need to rely on best "largest producer" guestimates / opinions.
Just my 2 cents, sorry to get off topic.

just as a guideline for the (poor ridiculed) auction holder, and since i happen to have a heat sink 2 bpo as well and know the profits you can get from it, i estimate the current value of the blueprint to be somewhere around 8 billion if you get a decent interested group together.
if you really think you need to sell you may want to reconsider your starting bid.
