Set 'Keep Range' at desired location. Web, point, and move there while holding your prey captive. 6km for active tanks to apply your neut. 8km to hold high DPS boats at arm's length (Thrasher). Warriors will chase down all but the most pimped liters and with spike your guns will hit to 17km. 13.2k EHP. |

Cormorant with original slot layout was my fave (4 mids and 1 low)

1x Rocket launcher
MWD
Scram
Web
Tracking Disruptor
400mm plate
Rigs for Railgun ROF and Damage
This with some +5% implants for the rails was an absolute winner, pretty much every rail, projectile, laser frigate/destroyer could be raped with this when used correctly.
Since slot layout change I now have about 30 cormorant hulls sitting there awaiting a new fit. Rubbish!
Corax can be fit similar though but with rockets obviously. |

I see Minmatar these days I get excited about an easy kill. The AC Thrasher can be killed by tormentors and Tristans. The arty thrasher? Beam Coercer and rail Catalyst are brutally more efficient. |

The Thrasher is still likely the king when it comes to gank gangs and gate camps. (using the Arti fit) but out side that it's pretty out matched these days.

i could imagine some AB/TD fits that could kite an AC thrasher successfully but outside of that an AC thrasher with barrage will murder tormentors and tristans...and in the latter case you can just one-volley his drones anyway.
Arty thrasher exists for the same purpose all other arty ships too: alpha. It's not supposed to be better at general DPS application than others.
Anyway, my favorite has to be a kiting rocket Talwar. Few things are simultaneously fast enough to catch you or tanky enough to survive long enough to approach. |

Yes, but then I hear the warning, and warp out. Thrasher can kill my ships with one volley, it is very dangerous ship and I hate it. |

I had lots of fun trying out 250mm Thrasher with web. Did like 1,5b damage with it before lost it to 2 Maulus'. Sure 1b of it is from a juicy pod, but still. 
So I'd say arty Thrasher, but I dont really fly dessies. |

Arty thrasher is still by far the best when used by someone that really knows how to use them.

Same here, unless I run into a group of sensor boosted "cockbag" arty thrashers on a gate. Then I get excited that I can use FW LP to purchase implants for my new clone. |
