this is luav he is a very nice pvp/ pve toon who flies ships through the eve universe
his main features are:
He is a perfect prober (all probing skills to 5)
he has all tengu and support skills for the tengu maxed out
he has fleet command 5, siege warfare spec 5, skirmish warfare spec 5, and information warfare spec 5 and is currently training for armored warfare.
He als has recon ships, command ships to 5 and caldari battleship to 5
he has al subcap navigation skills maxed out, all heavy missile/support skills maxed out., he is a perfect shield and hull tanker.
