Hi guys,
I found this about my issue:

I'm a 100 percent sure that it is NOT possible to set the overview to ONLY show ships from corps that has declared war on my corp. I only can set the overview to what should NOT be shown.
But i want to select what should ONLY be shown! That would be way better.
So my suggestion is to make OVERVIEW/STATES setting a INCLUDE and EXCLUDE LIST or a ONLY include list. Currently it is a exclude list with the rule "if 1 or more states apply: do not show the ship". so if i say "show war targets" and do NOT show "target without a standing at all" and the war target has no standing too mee he will NOT be shown! that is a BIG problem especially with 100 neutral ships in overview and only 2 enemies. it is very very hard to select them.
I would love to hear if other people have the same problem as me.

Doesn't really alter his point though, since it's through a workaround and the system is unintuitive to begin with. It should be as easy as selecting wartargets from the filter states and that is it. Every wartarget and only wartargets should show at that point. |

That is NOT true! Try it with corp members. At states: If you check ONLY corp members and for example NOT a standing... absolutly ONLY corp. You will see in the overview that the corp is NOT showing up. Because the overview checks like this:
-> In Corp and has standing? Only Corp checked? Okay... i won't show him.
Overview is ALWAYS verifing ALL marks.
The only workaround for this is to give the ones who are in war with you a bad standing (do not forget to delete standing after war is over) and pick "bad standing" and "at war with us". There is absolutly NO OTHER WAY! But that is NOT a solution! |

Basically, what he wants is a better BOOLEAN system. Instead of an AND system, he wants a system that accepts either AND or OR.
For instance,
SHOW IF -10 AND at war
HIDE IF +10 OR in alliance OR in fleet OR in corp
you get the idea. Not a system that forces the "AND" boolean operator on you.

regardless of sec status, hostility status, bounty/killright status, standings and ship type they are flying. Currently all those are lumped together creating a mess out of overview. |
