Looking for great skills in the following:
- Engineerying (the shield compensations to level 5 as well as tactical shield manipulation to level 5), Electronics, and Mechanics
- Adequate Drone Skills
- Navigation
- Great missile and gunnery skills
- Spaceship Command (be able to fly up to cruisers and their tech 2 equivalents for most races at the very least)
- Caldari Subsystems at least (to level 5 preferable)
- A side of industry would be appreciated
