Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls! After many long hours of hard, dedicated work and with an un-dying passion for MMO games, I bring you the worlds first and only MMO in-game currency based online casino!!!

While I ain't into gambling it is a novel idea and I like it.
As far as legal? Don't see why not. It is isk for isk no real money involved just something for people to do while at work I guess.

If you remember Enslaver, there was a Casino in beta 6 (I think it got removed in one of the 6 builds) in stations. Guess it was intended to be the Uber ISK sink. Not sure why they removed it. Sounded like a cunning plan to me.

This is absolutely 100% legal! It is a non-money casino, and it has no affiliation with any real casinos. The credits on mmocasino are only available to players who purchase them in the game with in game money. It is no different than any EVE lottery held by any other player. It is as if I had set up a casino in EVE. The only problem is, I can't. So I made a website for it instead. :)

Well, I developed every game from scratch! I fully intend on adding more and more games to the casino as time goes on. Card games are a bit more complex than the average random number games (IE slots, dice games and roulette)
I am currently developing Blackjack, and that is nearing completion. I was just too darn eager to open the doors and couldn't wait! :)
What I do have is very fun, and I am sure you will love them. Try craps if you have never played it. I assure you it is a very fun game to play! The rules and guide for the games are linked in the members section.

How can it be safe? How can you be sure you are paid the isk from losing players, and how do we know we will be paid.
Whats preventing someone from making an account and betting non existant isk and winning. Even if you ban their ac**** they can just make a new account and do it again.
Props for great idea but, tbh I really dont think it is realistic for someone to do this without it being hardcoded in the game and instant transfer of isk.

Asside from that, preventing players who are under aged to play "real" casinos, from playing on mine, is about the same as preventing them from playing EVE lotteries. The way to obtain credits on the casino is by first giving your credits to a mmocasino agent in EVE. The agent will then convert your isk to credits on mmocasino, and you can begin playing. On that note, when you cash out, an agent will convert your mmocasino credits back into isk, and transfer it to your character in EVE.
If anything, the players would be the ones to worry about being scammed. This is perfectly understandable as you would be simply handing your isk to someone in EVE. The reality is, if I were to rip people off, I am sure the word would spread pretty fast, and pretty hard. I would lose my entire audiece in a matter of days, and mmocasino would be shut down almost instantly. The same goes for the honesty of the games. every game result is determined by a RNG (random number generator). This keeps the games fair for everyone.
More than anything I will have to rely on the big winners to run out and tell everyone! I can only "hope" there are not too many big winners, as I would run out of my stock of isk, and have to shut it down until I can recover from my losses.
It is quite literally "possible" to hit a jackpot every single time you make a spin on the slot. It is however, not "probable".
My suggestion if you are affraid of scamming, is to run a few credits through, and test it out. Who knows, you might cash out with millions!

Have you ever played craps?
In the meantime, I would suggest learning craps, and giving it a try. It is a VERY exciting game!
If you do know it, and just don't like it. Well, I am working hard to "bring the cards to the table" so to speak. ;)

I am leaving for home now. I will look into it. In the meantime, there are a few things that you can look for.
1: An email verification system is in place, and you will need to use a valid email in order to activate your account.
2: There have been security measures installed which will prevent 2 people from opening the same account at the same time. If you have recently attempted to log in, or have recently been logged in, wait about 3 minutes and try again. When you attempt to log in, the server will recognize activity for that account and will block anyone else (including you) from logging in again as long as there is activity on that account. I am going to implement something that will track this only if your account IS logged in.
3: There may be an issue with your username or password. I will look into it when I get home.

They allow full scaled lotteries to be held in EVE and even hosted in their forums. This is the same thing.

I had the same problem. When you use the mail to activate your account you have to restart the page first to be able to log in.
PS:
