Yeah I have been waiting for a while now.
They do not even have the courtsey to reply to my emails on the topic.
My corp and I are most displeased by the state of this customer services.
Even a short email saying they were still looking into it, or an acknowledgement of my emails on the matter should be enough. Since they like to automate things so much, and automated message indicating they got my message would be enough. Nothing to see here .... move along. |

I was awaiting reimbursement as well. Everything has been taken care of as of today. They did say that they were working on these reimbursements on a case by case basis.
I sent a few emails (including followups) and received a response to each of them saying that I was put on a list and would be looked at.
Give them time, they will get it all worked out.

They have had 6 DAYS. Maybe i should charge intrest on the loss of isk from the sale of the items due to CCP's ineptitude.
I would send more mails but currently the in game browser crashs and the petition just get closed if u send it in any other way.

I just replied to the emails from the support@eveonline and followed the directions within that email concerning replies. That seemed to be the most effective way of communication for me.

The fact that we havent even got a email response is worrying.
But if this is the kind of support level the game has it wont be keeping many players.

well here is new spin on labs slots. we just once again lost all our labs slots. even though we been paying for them 3 times in last 5 days. and we took good look at message game sent. it seems that since the CEO was last one to rent and he didn't use the corp rented lab slots he was declined a renewal. even though was still at least 2 more days on rental period. however all those slots were used by the scientist in the corp. and prior to the CEO renting the slots it was the scientist who rented some and lost used slots due to non-use even though they were used, some in use at time of loss. and even after patch to fix this.. something is still broken
this is getting old real fast. and is making me really wish I were paying by month for this game instead of at 6 months
**** yes. mad yess. getting frustrated yes :(((((((((((

Kewl Miranda! I think it was around 2-3 days after I received the first email from them, that I actually got reimbursed. I did send them an email everyday inbetween that time though as a reply to that one they sent requesting status updates.

11 days so far and the only reply todate was the gm asking me if the bp was stuck in the lab.
CCP your customer service sucks. They have no idea what there doing despite all the info they could ever want and need and they are SLOW. TOO SLOW.
This reimbursement shouldn't have take over 11 days.

I can sympathize with the frustrated feeling regarding loses to which you had no control over.
However, the feeling is changing with each time I check the boards to see new posts and come across yours. The only thing changed, is you have æbumpedÆ it by stating the number of days.
Please do not make the rest of us suffer and push new ideas down the list because of your pain.

Finally they woke up and sorted it.
Customer Support is very very very slow but they do eventually get there.
