And can you imagine what that would do to the PLEX markets? It really would turn EVE into a MT based game.

EVE and CCP have been actively supporting multi-accounting since like forever. The original "Power of Two" campaign was run in 2004 if i recall correctly and has been popping up at least once a year since then.
EVE is one of those games where you can actually make good use of separate accounts, be it simultaneously or interchangeably, but it is not required. I, for one, only have one active account (i do have more, but only one of them is active for the last year+). This way you can PVP away on one character while your other one is happily chipping away at the rocks or shoots red crosses for profit. Or you can pvp on both characters simultaneously for an added effect!

The "sidekick" is the additional account you have purchased, access it in the same way you access your main one, by logging in via the EVE client. You can have as many EVE accounts logged in at the same time as your computer can handle. |

Ooh, now I know my CCP name if for some reason I work for CCP, it would be 'CCP Response'
DUST514 isn't on PC because CCP wants 2 different communities influencing each other, not people tabbing out to give themselves Orbital Strikes. (Also they don't want to cannibalise their existing playerbase) |
