The volume on jet cans is a typo, infact CCP never intended people to mine with cans at all. You are supposed to fly to the station when you cargo is full. Players started it by abusing jet cans, and anchorable cans got added when CCP was going to fix jet cans. But they knew there would be to many complaints and so didn't do it.
Removing typos that are the basis for how a lot of people make a living are a bad idea.
why stop at 750K rats typo's, fix the Jetcan mining also, its not an exploit just a typo, plz fix.

stupid, the secure cans are useless, i fill one (3900m3) every 4 minutes, and pay the price for killing people, no action without consiquence.

Actually, the jetcan volume is what it is because that number is just higher then the maximum possible cargo volume of ships. (Its just a skoch higher then an itty MKV with full skills and local hull mods)
That is done so as to allow said ships to drop a can even when full.
I believe with freighters coming out we may see JETCANS With 1million M3 size.

Acctualy some npc mining ops give cans with slightly overflowing capacity. like 30,000/27,500.

You always know CCP have done something right when the carebear player killers come and post en-force on the forums. The genuiune "pirate" characters don't give a monkeys about this I'm sure. 
Jetcan mining is now a legitimate part of the game. It allows the profession of "ore thief" for instance. It makes mining bareable and has contributed considerably to the dynamism of the Eve economy.

Yep, and fact it took weeks go grind security back up made mistakes in Empire wars, etc. bareable. Now, it's gonna take MONTHS.
(And no, I'm not an empire ganker, I just understand their PoV on this)

Ore Thieves are there to prevent abuse of jet cans. Not everyone is in a group, some folks prefer to be solo for a while.
