Hey guys, I'm here today to introduce something I've been working on for the Dust514 Community: Dust514stats. Now that we've finished up closed testing we are have released to the community.

Just what is Dust514stats? DUST514stats is built to help the community by providing both statistics tracking, and a deeper look into the statistics themselves. The site works by tracking member's characters kills, deaths and warpoints over time. Using these numbers, the site offers two new statistics; a Support Ratio, a simple comparison of war points generated for things other than kills to those generated by kills; and a Combo Score. This score is a combination of statistics which are run thru various formulas to derive a statistic that reflects better the game play of Dust514 as not just a shooter, but a squad based game. The Combo score, while complex in generation, is rather simple. We consider anything higher than .7 to be a good score with 2 being the very top of the range, though very rare. Beyond these new statistics, we have a progression graphs, and a leader board allowing you to track yourself and see where you rank against others with our scores.
We are also implementing a system to help corporations and players to find each other. Corporations can have members register as Recruiters. Recruiters can then contact other players who have set their Mercenary's as recruitable via their profiles, but without the player needing to expose any contact details to the recruiter. We're also looking to use the API for DUST to be able to automatically update your statistics (as opposed to the current manual updates), but this isn't available from CCP yet.

A great start, Hienz.
Couldn't access my merc when I first registered him as he wasn't showing up linked to my login, but I just checked and that's been rectified (Marluk Visconti).
Getting an error on the site at the moment unfortunately.
Sure you're ironing things out as you go. Kudos for being one of the first to blaze a trail. |

This is an AWESOME tool. I've been scoping it out since it first started and the improvements from iteration to iteration have been very cool. It's a great way to track your stats progression over time.
Someone please get Hienz Doofenshmirtz the CREST API stat! |

I just wanted to drop a quick update here for you guys, we have updated the site so that you do not need an account, or to sign in to see the leaderboards, been meaning to do this since the NDA dropped but just now got to it, sorry. |

Another update for you, Added two new stats, and we are now displaying 12 of the 14 stats tracked for the mercs.
we are up to 491 registered users and 137 tracked mercenarys
