I'd like to know this as well, actually. Since the Eve-O store is obviously being paid by Visa and Mastercard to stop those dirty debit card people from buying things, being able to buy a time card in a real world shop would be a great alternative.

I'd be happy to buy them for you, as long as you can send cheques in advance, or even paypal payments of some sort, bare in mind im in england too, so i have to pay a few ú extra for the delivery of the card, as long as you dont mind that.

no offence to you but i wouldnt feel very good doing that, I'm hoping I can get some from game (2 weeks if i ask for them to be delivered to the store) if i use the number on the back of the receipt they say it will take < 1 week.

Click on english in the Settings box on the right.
Eventually you will be mailed (use a valid e-mail addy) the data for a bank transfer (IBAN/BIC). You have to ask your own bank how much they will rob you for this.
Paypal works too.
I just hope I havenŠt shot myself in the foot now for revealing my one and only Gametimecode source. 
Please CCP keep them guys at Sinclair stocked. 
P.S. IŠm german so I donŠt have personal experience how this works outside of Germany. But I heard that at least the Paypal works fine.
P.P.S IŠm in no way working for those guys (wish I were though  )
