hi
I downloaded and installed the patch, now when I try to open eve, the pop up screen with " eve on-line, cold war edition" appears but then immediately disappears,and nothing else happens
any help on how I can open eve now ? |

Please see here for information regarding connection and downloading the new patch.
However, I would also suggest deleting the cached information in your eve folder ...

Same problem with me... Ive made a petiton cause im getting stuck at caracter selestion screen

Not like that here cuz i press eve.exe and it comes "Eve online: cold war edition" and the pic and then it disappears and when im watching Processes in windows task manager it shows eve for 1-2sec then disappears!!! h4x?

Wash and repeat. I can not get to the log on screen now I have patched.

ok listen carefully:
I don't know where in cache to put this patch, or even if i have the right patch, you keep saying deleat stuff, and i just keep deleating...
so what i need is a :Who--do i get this patch from
:What--exactly do i do with patch
:When--do i have to deleat the old info
:Where--exactly in the cache to put the file

My m8 had this problem. Removing cache did not work. Updating his GeForce graphics driver to the most recent version did. Hope this solves the problems for other people.

hmmm V strange it works now and i havent changed anything :S
Looks like restarting puter was enaugh
