Freighter ganking is often not even to any specific standards anymore, I've seen them ganked just for lolz which destroys any sort of preventative measures one can take to protect one's assets. It's out of control.
But the freighter market is booming, and as a trader, I'm delighted. 
There's nothing worse than an EVE player, generally considered to be top of the food chain in the MMO world, that cannot smacktalk with wit and coherency. |

1. Idiot flies an in-corp freighter while at war.
2. WT use an "innocent" neutral ship to tackle freighter.
3. WT then login and resume tackle before concord's done.
Hmmm.
The only exploit here would be iff the neutral alt is biomassed when the sec status drops too low. |

i think there attacking freighter if you are at war are not .This is happing alot around Uedama 0.5 system the kill e-mail i see are from thunderwaffle and the goonwaffle demon-war-lords in that area |

That would be because it's one of 2 choke points for Caldari highsec and has a favourable Concord response time. If you must ship from between Amarr/Jita/Dodixie, use a courier, it may eat into the margin a bit but it's cheaper than replacing a freighter and you get paid if it explodes, win.
