Excelsior Enterprises is pleased to announce the second of FOUR loot auctions on behalf of our clients. This particular auction consists of a selection of top-rack weaponry collected from across the EVE universe.
LOT 1
Tuvan's Modified Electron Blaster Cannon

Notes:
The second-best electron blaster cannon available, this weapon would look great on any top of the line Navy issue Megathron - or as part of that special Dominix setup.
LOT 2
Shadow Serpentis Ion Blaster Cannon
Stats
Notes:
The third best ion blaster cannon in the game, this weapon easily surpasses the tech 2 variant and would perform well on any blasterthron setup.
LOT 3
Dark Blood Heavy Beam Laser
Stats
Notes:
The best medium heavy beam in the game, standing shoulder to shoulder with the Amarr, Ammatar and True Sansha variants. A perfect complement to your Zealot pwnage.
LOT 4
Dark Blood Focused Medium Pulse Laser
Stats
Notes:
This focused medium pulse is a great weapon to squeeze onto a Sac or Maller. Why should the heavy pulse get all the fun?
Auction Details:
Auction ends at 22:00 EVE Time Saturday 9th July.
No starting bid.
Rules:
All bid increments must be 1 million isk minimum.
15 minute sniper rule - with 30 minute extension.
No 'buy now' price, auction winner takes all.
Bids may be placed here or by evemail to Jeno.
No parties will be excluded from this sale.
Item will be put up on a 72 hour escrow to the winner within 24 hours of auction end.
Escrow system is Yulai.

Eric - On items such as these we prefer to run without buyouts (especially given the current instability of inflation). We find it benefits both clients and bidders.
If any of the bidders wish I can keep them updated on the status of the auction by eve-mail.
